Bike hire

If you don’t have a bike or can’t bring yours with you or need a bike for another reason, it is possible to rent all the gear needed to enjoy the trails, including some safety gear. There are a number of types of bike available, including, XC bikes, all mountain bikes and city bikes for staying local to the accommodation centre.

The types of bikes we have for hire:

Mountain bikes

Safety first: a helmet is included. We’ll give you the best bike for your size and abilities, explain how the gears, brakes and suspension work. We will also setup the bike for your fit. We can mount SPD click pedals or flat pedals upon request.

Dirt bikes

The recent addition of a modular pump track to the Punta Ala Camping Resort calls for new dirt bikes, the ideal way of enjoying the bumps and curves.

City bikes

Our city bikes all have 26” wheels, v-brakes, back rack, different brands and sizes. City bikes without gears are ideal for going around the camping resort and have a practical front basket for your beach stuff or shopping items.

City bikes with gears are equipped with 21 speed, tires with off-road profile, lights. They are great for family bike tours.

Specifically for children

Children’s bikes of different sizes from 12” to 24” wheels. BMX bikes, Trainer bikes. (12” wheel bikes without pedals to help children learn how to balance on two wheels).

Bike Trailers - for two children (and your shopping!) up to a total weight of 40 kg

Front seats for children up to 10 kg.
Back seats for children up to 25 kg.

Helmets

Helmets of different sizes for adults and children are available for rent. Please note that the helmet is included only when renting a mountain bike.

Rental service conditions

Bikes are functional and clean when given to the client. Each bike is checked for damage at the end of the rental period. A lock is provided. Please use it. Bikes are not provided with puncture repair kits, please bring your own or buy one at our shop. Rental prices available by contacting us below.
