European Enduro Registration Open

The organisation committee of the European Enduro Series has officially opened registrations for the first round of the new Enduro racing series in Punta Ala, canada Italy.

Taking place on the 19th and 20th of April, | the series will be offering an alternative European only based Enduro racing series, that is run by the iXS Downhill cup organisers and promises an incredibly high level of racing.

The European Enduro Series selected Punta Ala as it is already recognised as a top European Enduro spot and has previously held the very first round of the Enduro World Series, with great success. The idea of the European Series is to make it more accessible to normal riders, plus with slightly different rules compared to the Enduro World Series and Superenduro events. Another feature of the European series is the state of the art electronic timing systems that every rider will have on their bike, allowing more flexible rules for transfer stages and live timing updates throughout the day.

With a coastal location and some of the best riding in Tuscany, Punta Ala is a perfect season opener for the racing season. Registration takes place on the official site of the European Enduro Series and local information can be found on the organisers website.

The aim of this series is that it will give those who miss out on riding in the Enduro World Series a chance to ride similar world class tracks and due to the European location of all the events make it a bit easier for European riders to get to. With a list of top level sponsors and many years of running racing events the organisers are hoping for one of the best starts possible to the international racing calendar.
