Silverfield - Project Preview Milan Design Show
The Milan Interior Design show for 2014 saw the launch of a new accommodation project called Silverfield that is looking to give luxury comfort and a different experience when camping. This form of camping is called glamping, and in this case is based around replicas of the Iconic American Airstream trailers that are refitted to a high specification and designed theme.
With four different themes it will be possible to choose an ambience that reflects the mood and even activities of the users. With mountain biking being ever more popular a biking themed luxury camping is possible.
At the moment the project is in the realisation stage and will be available for clients to try from August 2014Â in Punta Ala, Tuscany.

Each Airstream has a themed designed spacious interior that reflects a mood.
The concept is to give a different and more luxurious form of “Glamping” as it is known.
The installation at the Milan Interior Design show generated a lot of interest and will be the first such glamping in Italy.
Sara Maserio, from Dog Trot is responsible for the themed interior designs.
The idea is to give a comfortable different feel to luxury camping.
The first location will be in Italy at Punta Ala, in Tuscany.
