The second round of the Superenduro Pro race in Punta Ala held at Punta Ala Camping Resort was always going to be special. With classic trails and the best riders in the business here to ride the weekend racing got off to a great start.

The Bandite Trail Area was as all the riders agreed the best place to ride this weekend, with a stunning collection of race trails.
Davide Sottocornola didnt have as good a race as he was used to due to a chain breakage and small crash at the start of stage one. His skill on a bike though can not be dubted as he rode smoothly and silently by.
Food and water recharge stations were a welcome sight for all riders on the transfer stages.
This rider takes the right line, in the hole meant riders crashed.
The pit area had a special technical service area on saturday so riders could make sure they got their bikes ready for sunday in the allotted 30 minute time without risking too many parts being swapped out.
Some riders rested in the technical area whilst their mechanics worked on their bikes.
For the first time all the timing was electronic, meaning riders had even more information with live timing and judging their speed against competitors.
